Delivery Information
At Gravon Creations, we aim to ensure that every order is carefully prepared and delivered to you as smoothly as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are processed as quickly as possible after confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and whether an item is made to order.
Shipping & Delivery Times
Delivery times and shipping costs depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Any estimated delivery dates are provided as a guide and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, you will receive the relevant tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate when placing your order. Gravon Creations cannot guarantee changes to delivery addresses once an order has been processed or dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us so we can help.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will review your request and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.
Return Eligibility
Returns and exchanges are subject to our return policy and applicable consumer protection laws. Items must meet the relevant return conditions to qualify for a return or refund.
Refunds
Once an eligible return has been received and assessed, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs will depend on the reason for the return and the applicable return policy. Please contact us before sending any item back.
